Western Alliance Bank to Deploy Creditron’s Integrated Receivables Platform

Monday, March 14, 2016

Rockville, MD

Creditron, a leading provider of payments processing and receivables management solutions announced today that Western Alliance Bank will deploy Creditron’s Enterprise Cloud Processing (ECP) integrated receivables platform.

Western Alliance Bank selected Creditron’s ECP solution after an extensive evaluation of other lockbox and receivables platforms on the market.

Creditron’s integrated receivables solution will enable Western Alliance Bank to process all of its B2B payments, as well as C2B payments including HOA (Homeowner Association) payments and remittance information on a single platform.  The platform also will provide Western Alliance Bank with real-time, consolidated visibility into client payments and receivables information, greater control over image and data workflows, and on-demand reporting and operational and financial metrics through a highly configurable dashboard.  Western Alliance Bank will use OPEX hardware to digitize its paper lockbox transactions.

“Creditron is pleased that Western Alliance is deploying our integrated receivables platform,” said Creditron Founder and CEO Wally Vogel.  “Consolidating all payment channels on ECP will provide Western Alliance Bank with enhanced visibility and control as well as greater operational efficiency in managing the increasingly diversifying mix of paper and electronic payments and remittance data.”
