The Future of Integrated Receivables Showcased For Creditron Clients Latest Technology Ushers In A New Era On Company’s 20th Anniversary

Rockville, MD

Creditron showcased their next generation integrated receivables technology at their recent User Conference and Open House – two large customer events kicking off the Summer of 2014 and their 20th Anniversary Celebration.

Their 2014 Creditron User Conference drew customers and industry experts to the Hyatt Regency in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Creditron customers were joined by several Creditron partners, including 3 Point Alliance, Invoice Cloud, System Innovators, MediStreams and A2iA as well as industry pundits Mark Brousseau and Tom Frale.

Creditron Founder and CEO Wally Vogel kicked off the conference. His message reinforced Creditron’s commitment to its mission to develop and market innovative and effective solutions, and pointed to the exciting potential of the latest technology for integrated receivables. The remainder of the day included a number of presentations and demonstrations from Creditron and its partners. Topics included cloud computing and integrated receivables, cashiering and electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP). New features of Creditron’s Enterprise Cloud Processing (ECP) product were demonstrated along with many of the powerful features of ItemAge Express.

A week-long Canadian Open House, held just prior to the User Conference, showcased the technology specifically enabled by Canadian Payments Association (CPA) Rule A10. It empowered the framework for the creation and use of Clearing Replacement Documents (CRDs) instead of the original paper instruments. As a result, Canadian businesses no longer have to encode physically transport deposits to a financial institution. This enables fully integrated mail opening and scanning solutions. In collaboration with Opex, Creditron demonstrated firsthand one touch processing with Opex integrated mail extraction and imaging scanners and Creditron’s innovative Enterprise Cloud Processing (ECP) technology. The new Opex Falcon, just released in to the market, was also revealed to the attendees and received an exceptionally positive response.

Customer-focused process improvement possibilities were discussed in dynamic interactive sessions. The attendees were challenged to evaluate their current processes and re-think the possibilities of integrated receivables processing. In total over 50 customers had the opportunity to glimpse the future of payment processing and see the results of Creditron’s commitment to develop and market innovative and effective solutions.
