RP$ Micro Solutions

Creditron's RP$ Micro Solution is an excellent entry level processing and imaging system for incoming payments. With a special "MicroPak" software bundle, this solution includes RP$ 2000 Base Software, RP$ Image Inquiry and RP$ Image Archive (but does not provide MICR encode or stamp endorse features). This solution positions you to achieve accelerated deposit and posting of your payments while reducing your need for data entry and providing digital images

Even though it does not have the encoding and stamping features required by most higher volume sites, the micro solution does provide excellent throughput for imaging and reading. The NCR 7728 allows you to process 60 items (30 transactions) per minute, resulting in a very low operational cost per transaction compared to manual data entry. This solution comes with both a front and rear image camera for efficient balancing and editing of data. Image archive allows you to view and print images of transactions. This eliminates the need for microfilm and provides you with a concise digital image of the entire transaction, showing both stubs and checks. This capability gives you a distinct advantage performing research and retrieval for your customer service and call center departments.

Creditron offers a variety of optional software modules to meet your specific requirements. We use a modular approach so that you pay only for what you need. The system is completely flexible and scalable so you can add what you need when you need it.
