As your payment volumes increase a second desktop system would process additional capacity while at the same time providing redundancy. This desktop system could be used to process exception work and regular payment accounts while you process the majority of lockbox work on our medium or high speed solutions. The desktop solution allows you to process up to 3,000 items per hour (1,500 transactions per hour), resulting in a very low operational cost per transaction. This solution comes with a front image camera for efficient balancing and editing of data. Our image archive application can be added from the start or as a future capability. Image archive positions you to offer images of lockbox transactions to your clients on CD-ROM with full research capabilities. This eliminates the need for microfilm and provides you with a concise digital image of the entire transaction, showing both stubs and checks. This capability gives you a distinct advantage performing research and retrieval for your customer service and call center departments.
