Attach scanned images to transactions!

This feature allows for additional documents (standard letter and legal sized) to be scanned and saved along with check and stub images. This provides an efficient way to deal with white mail, payment instructions, long lists, and application or order forms.

A automatic/manual feed page scanner is attached to the system and the operator can add additional documents to a transaction record as it is being processed. Data can also be keyed from the scanned image, and the software will automatically zoom to defined areas of interest for each of the fields to be keyed.
