Rockville, MD

Creditron, a leading provider of payments processing and integrated receivables solutions, announced that it has expanded its Support, Development and Professional Services  teams considerably over the past year to support the company’s tremendous growth.

Creditron has grown considerably in the financial services, insurance, government and corporate verticals.  The company has added several new accounts over the past 3 years, including one of the top 20 cash management banks in the United States.

Creditron is supporting its growth by adding to its support, development and professional services departments :

The customer support group is a team of technology professionals focused on monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Creditron’s software applications. We are proud to have added 2 full time support positions in the last year. The support group services North America from two locations – Rockville, MD and Oakville, ON. We are proud of our customer satisfaction rating which is currently at 4.7 out of 5.

At Creditron we continually invest in our products to ensure we are leading the market with cutting edge, relevant solutions. To that end we have added 7 senior development positions in the last year. The development team of professionals is primarily responsible for maintaining a high level of software quality with an emphasis on ease of implementation and stable operation, as well as assisting in the design and development of the Enterprise Cloud Processing (ECP) platform. ECP, a cloud based proprietary platform, is an Integrated Receivables solution that amalgamates payments and remittance data from multiple sources such as Lockbox, Remote Capture, Wire, ACH, EFT, Cards, Cashiering, Web/Mobile – and merges them into one integrated payments file for output.

Our professional services group (PSG) has seen the most growth in the past year with 10 permanent and 3 contract positions having been added. The PSG team plays a key role in our corporate strategy of maintaining exceptionally high customer satisfaction as Creditron’s business and client base grows and evolves. The PSG team is responsible for creating Statement of Work documents, including business requirements, internal and external design, process mapping, workflow, and architectural design in support of enterprise project work. In addition they are also responsible for testing and implementing Creditron’s ECP  suite of browser-based receivables automation software solutions.

“Creditron’s history of innovation has helped us empower our customers to achieve and exceed their goals.  The addition of key resources to our operational teams will allow us to continue to lead the industry with state-of-the-art solutions and unparalleled customer service,” said Debbie Barrafato, EVP and CFO at Creditron.
