Creditron Hires Two Sales Veterans As Account Managers

Harold G. Smith and David D. Wise Join Fast-Growing Company

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Canada, December 13, 2005 – Creditron Inc., a leading provider of payments solutions, today announced that it has appointed industry veteran Harold G. Smith as Account Manager for Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas, and David D. Wise as Account Manager for the western United States, based in Creditron’s Santa Ana, CA office.

With these appointments, Creditron has expanded its staff by four employees in 2005.

Smith has more than 25 years of financial services and payments systems experience with a successful track record in selling solutions for check and remittance processing, document imaging, forms processing and business process automation. Smith comes to Creditron from Birmingham, AL-based Aquracy LLC, where he has served since 2003 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Previously, he spent several years at Advanced Financial Solutions, Inc. (AFS), a Metavante Company, where he was Director of Public Sector Sales. Before joining AFS, Smith was a District Sales Manager for Scan-Optics, Inc., where he met or exceeded his quota three consecutive years, and won the company’s Salesman of the Year award in 2000.

Smith also has held senior sales positions at National Computer Systems, Inc., Southern Computer Systems, Inc. (SCS), Arkansas Systems, Inc., FileTek, Inc., Plexus Computers, Inc., Recognition Equipment, Inc., BancTec, Inc., and Cummins-Allison Corporation.

Smith holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree from East Carolina University, in Greenville, NC.

Wise, formerly Senior Account Manager for Oce’ North America, brings a more than 20-year track record of leadership and technology sales expertise to his new post. Previously, Wise spent 10 years as Regional Sales Manager for Sony Electronics, Inc., where he created the Sony Mass Storage Trade-in Program, and received Sony’s highest sales achievement award for growing optical storage sales through distribution to 32 percent of Sony’s total sales.

His experience is further bolstered by regional sales management positions at leading mass storage manufacturers such as Atasi Corp., Toshiba America, Qume, and Control Data.
“David has a long, tested record of selling mass storage solutions, driving improved revenues and serving prominent organizations,” said Vogel. “I look forward to the considerable talents that he will bring to our team as we work to build on Creditron’s strong momentum.”

Wise received a Bachelor degree in Industrial Technology from California State University in Long Beach, and a Master of Science degree in Management from the University of LaVerne.
