MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Canada, May 9, 2006 – Corporate billers now a have a single platform available to provide them quickly and easily with a fully integrated solution for electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) and check-based transaction processing.

Creditron, Inc. and MyOnlineBill.com, Inc. today announced a strategic partnership that will provide the first fully integrated EBPP and check-based payments processing solution targeted to low and medium-volume remittance processors.  The best-of-breed solution is designed to reduce operational costs, mitigate risk, provide greater deployment options for new payments systems, shorten time-to-market for electronic payments initiatives, and strengthen customer loyalty through new statement presentment and payment options.

“This is an important agreement for users of our payments processing solutions,” said Wally Vogel, president of Creditron.  “The combination of MyOnlineBill.com’s proven electronic bill presentment and payment solution and Creditron’s segment-leading payment processing platform will enable billers to dramatically improve the way they manage receivables, both paper-based and electronic, in an environment with a multitude of payment streams.”

“MyOnlineBill.com is very pleased to be working with Creditron to offer an integrated electronic bill presentment and payment component for their payment processing products,” said MyOnlineBill.com President Adam Franks.  “We believe our combined technology will provide Creditron customers with the advanced electronic payment solutions that are required to manage receivables efficiently and securely in the new era of transaction processing.”

MyOnlineBill.com’s EBPP service, called MOB, enables a biller’s customers to securely view, print and pay their bills online, using a credit card, automated clearing house (ACH) transaction, or other payment option.  The service seamlessly interfaces with any legacy billing software, eliminating the need for companies to change their current billing setup.

Users of the integrated Creditron and MyOnlineBill.com solution can consolidate into one host upload and one categorized report their paper-check data stream and the electronic transactions made through MyOnlineBill.com – a first in Creditron’s target markets.

MOB also includes features for setting up and managing multiple billing accounts associated with a single user; viewing and printing all mail inserts associated with online bills; viewing and printing up to two years of billing history online; e-mailing receipts to customers after they make online payments; and notifying customers via e-mail of the due date and amount of their payment.  MOB also gives customers the option to no longer receive a printed invoice via the United States Postal Service (a default setting called ‘Go Paperless’).

“Together, Creditron and MyOnlineBill.com are working to help billers streamline end-to-end receivables management, from bill presentment to payment processing,” Vogel said.
