Payments Benchmarking Study
The objective of the Creditron Payments Benchmarking Study is to allow you to see how your operations compares to hundreds of other organizations across North America. This study is being conducted in partnership with an independent research and advisory firm and all information collected will be kept confidential.
The survey will provide each participating organization with a comprehensive balanced scorecard comparing their responses to those provided by the overall group of participants. Participants also will receive a scorecard for their industry segment which will provide valuable insight into how your company compares to industry "best practices". These will be extremely valuable tools for strategic planning and budgeting.
